Ash qualified from Guy's Hospital, London and has a particular passion for his work. He is never satisfied unless the patient is happy and he has given it his all. The best part of our profession is that it is constantly evolving and one can never get bored. It's the people we treat that makes our work a joy, but each year is different especially with the ever changing technology and techniques. This means learning and updating is key to we do and that's why Ash will never stop learning. Ask him about his latest course or newest gadget he's bought.
There is more to Ash than dentistry though. Outside the walls of St. Anne's house, he loves playing sport. Playing for a team and captaining his local hockey club is where most of his spare time is spent. Our goal is to challenge for promotion again this year, following another successful year of growth and improvement at the club. Ash likes trying new things and that means travelling to different destinations, tasting different foods, attempting new activities and meeting new people. Life's too short, so lets make the most of it and hopefully have something interesting to share.

Harjot has been working part-time at St. Anne's House since 2017, and has been working as an in-house specialist Prosthodontist taking internal and external referrals since 2022. He has quickly become known for his friendly, calm and compassionate nature.
Harjot spent 4 years working and training at the world-renowned Eastman Dental Institute in London treating advanced full-mouth reconstructions in fixed, removable and implant dentistry. He is experienced in treating advanced toothwear, fixed-removable reconstructions, management of the failing dentition and replacement of missing teeth with dentures, bridges and implants.
Harjot also provides Invisalign clear aligners to straighten teeth without the need for conventional braces.
Harjot is a lecturer for newly qualified dentists and teaches for the South West Deanery. He has presented at conferences both nationally and internationally and has published in the International Journal of Oral and Maxillofacial Implants.
Away from work he enjoys spending time with his wife, going for long walks and travelling as much as possible. Harjot is a big Liverpool fan and a keen skier.

I feel extremely proud and happy to be a part of the tight knit and friendly St Anne's House team. I recently moved permanently to High Wycombe so I'm pretty close by!
I am originally from the Wirral, Merseyside - I'm known as a 'posh scouser' - and I graduated from Liverpool University. I graduated and gained membership to the faculty of dentistry back in 2013 and since then I have undertaken several year-long aesthetic dentistry courses as I like to help patients improve their smile. I am also an invisalign full provider so able to get patients to smile more confidently! I have worked in general practice for my entire career so far as I have a passion for getting to know patients and building great relationships over a long period of time.
As a young girl I actually had a massive fear of going to the dentist myself; my Mum literally had to drag me screaming to get my teeth seen! (Don't worry, over time this has got better!) I feel this has really helped me engage with and really understand patients that are nervous about coming to the dentist. I feel proud and gain a sense of achievement when I can help a nervous patient who hasn't been for a long time become someone that confidently comes to their appointments routinely! I feel that one of my greatest strengths is my ability to make my patients feel confident, comfortable, and relaxed as I feel I have a calm and gentle nature which really helps to make my patients feel safe in their environment.
My family consists of my very supportive husband Andy (a doctor who did law too) and my young daughter Evelyn. Outside of work we love to explore our new surrounding areas, especially farms and play areas for Evelyn.
I have a massive passion for cooking, baking cakes but also since lockdown I have managed to teach myself to make sourdough which I am proud of! I would say the practice has enjoyed being my guinea pig!! In addition, I am grade 8 on the clarinet and used to play in a Concert band and toured different parts in Europe including Disneyland Paris. I find classical music enjoyable to listen to so I will have classic FM on the journeys to and from work to help me relax!

Dr Bikram Narang, a qualified Cosmetic Dentist, graduated from Queen Mary University London with a BEng in Material Science and Engineering, and from the University of Glasgow as a Dentist. He has an interest in advanced cosmetic and aesthetic functional dentistry and has a passion for providing multi-disciplinary care.
Bikram takes great pride in creating the perfect smile for his patients. He combines his knowledge in material science, smile makeovers and anti-wrinkle injections to deliver tailored facially driven treatment for his patients.
His natural talent with composite veneers has led to his superb reputation within his field and on social media. Since graduating, Bikram has taken innumerable postgraduate dental courses, specifically focusing on Cosmetic Dentistry, to further develop his skills and learn from world-leading dentists. He is currently undergoing a yearlong world-renowned aesthetic programme to be able provide the best and most current cutting-edge techniques to all his patients.
Bikram also holds a strong interest in cosmetic teeth straightening using clear aligners, such as Invisalign. Using state of the art digital smile design and imagery, Bikram can design and create a bespoke smile, whilst the patient to have complete involvement at every step.
As a perfectionist, pays incredible attention to detail, ensuring quality results are consistently achieved. The most important value of Bikram is empowering the person behind the smile. I joined as a newlywed, which was last century, literally! Two children later I am still happily married and as passionate about my role as the day I started. The best thing about my job is that no two days are the same and our profession is constantly improving.
When I am not juggling work and home, I like to splash around in the swimming pool!

Hi I'm Alex, I qualified as a dental hygienist in 2009, and although I joined the team in 2014, I have grown up in Cookham my whole life. Strangely, I used to actually be a patient at the practice since I was a tiny-tot and even went to Cookham Rise School, followed by Sir William Borlase, in Marlow. You could say I love Cookham, through and through. I've seen it change over the years, but it always feels like home.
These days, however I am busy renovating my home in Eton Wick and planning my wedding, which seems to take up all my time. When I eventually get some time to myself, I enjoy horse riding and walking my dog Otto. You might bump into us on Cock Marsh or Widbrook Common, and sometimes resting our legs at the Bounty Pub!

My name is Manjit. I am one of the three nurses at the practice – I like to think of myself as the wisest not the oldest! I have been with the practice for over three years although I have worked as a dental nurse for over 10 years previously. I came back to nursing after taking a career break for several years to run our family owned post office. Being in such a busy location in Maidenhead, I feel like I've met all the locals at some point. Getting to know people is what makes life interesting and it's the people who make our job so unique.
Outside of work I am a mum of three and am very excited to have become a grandmother for the first time to a gorgeous little boy – and have recently found out I am due to get another grandchild later this year so am over the moon.
When time permits I like cooking, eating, gardening – not necessarily in that order! Ask to try some of my cooking, I usually try to bring some for the team.

I've been dental nursing for 11 years and have gained a wide variety of experience working in specialist, private and NHS dental practices. I live not too far away and recently bought a house together with my boyfriend during the pandemic, as well as a cat we name Grogu - if you're a fan of the Star Wars saga, you'll know who he is named after; if not, then you'll have to ask me when you bump into me next at the practice. I enjoy attending classes as my local gym including boxing which always seems to surprise people!
Being a dental nurse is something I've always loved, as it allows me to be in a profession where I can help others. As a nurse, I think we're in a great position to be able to support our patients, especially when they feel nervous. I personally know what it feels like to be nervous when visiting the dentist, so I really try to make the feel at ease. I am half Maltese and look forward to travelling back there to see family again soon. I hope to see you in and around the practice at some point.

We are a great team, you get attached to so many patients here you can't wait for them to come back. I have a wonderful husband – and we have three lovely children and one beautiful Granddaughter. In my spare time I like to socialize with my family and friends – like going to the cinema, love a nice long family walk, cycling and spending quality time with my young daughter and Granddaughter.

I started at St. Anne's House thinking I may not last six weeks and here I am twenty years later!! Something has obviously gone right and a lot has changed over the years. My two children have both left home and because of empty nest syndrome I now have the most gorgeous dog Bertie.
I also now have a lot of Ash's in my life: 1. Husband, Ash 2. Son, Ash and last but not least 3. Dentist, Ash - very confusing at first but I wouldn't have it any other way. When I'm not at St. Anne's, I enjoy keeping fit, walking Bertie, cycling and going to classes at my local gym.
I am looking forward to being part of the exciting changes that are happening at St. Anne's House - it may not be twenty years, but you never know - zimmer at the ready!
